How cordycep Mushrooms are used

Cordycep tea

  • When taken by mouth: Cordyceps is possibly safe for most people when taken in doses of 3-6 grams daily for up to 1 year. It might cause mild side effects such as diarrhea, constipation, and stomach discomfort.
  • Who should not take Cordyceps? Bleeding disorders: Cordyceps might slow blood clotting. Taking cordyceps might increase the risk of bleeding in people with bleeding disorders. Surgery: Using cordyceps might increase the risk of bleeding during surgery. Stop taking cordyceps 2 weeks before surgery.


  • Cordyceps give you energy! So it's best to avoid consuming before bedtime.


  • Add into any type of  soup. (the variations are endless!)
  • Steep in boiling water for 5 – 10 minutes to make a tea.
  • Steam with chicken or fish
  • Grinded into powder and put into capsules (taken to fortify energy and endurance)

Directions:

  Eat 1-2 gummies then wait 30 minutes to an hour before deciding to eat more. Not recommended before bed. Caution: Cordyceps are not used to treat or cure any disease. Do not replace medications with cordyceps. Do not eat if you have food allergies to listed ingredients or penicillin. Consult with your physician before taking any supplements.
